Can The Lesions On My Legs Be Indicative Of Ring Worms?

It all started with lesions on both of my legs 9 months ago. They resembled ring worm but I was assured that it wasn't. The Dr wanted to do a biopsy. He rescheduled my appointment but then had to cancel. In the past 3 months I have a pain in my vulva that feels as if I had cut it with a knife or something. I do not have intercourse due to my husbands prostate cancer 3 years ago. I am also experiencing sharp pains in my belly when I go to the bathroom. I have Moderate to Severe IBS Constipation. My skin, my hair, my nails and my overall health has changed a lot in the last couple of months.
