Can The Microadenoma Be The Cause Of Headache?

I have microadenoma..I was not taking maedication for 10 months,,now i have a headache that has been going on for 4 weeks..a compressing feeling on my head..I have started to take bromocription since 3 weeks.. can the microadenema be the cause of headache ?
