Can Thrush Affect The Groin?

Can thrush affect the groin? I think I may have thrush...cracks on sides if mouth never heal, my penis radiates heat and is painful and sore, yellowish ejac. Low energy, been tested for stds but came up clean, had ghonerua in the past and similar symptoms but no discharge and clean test result. Candida might be a factor...I can t figure it out and it s ruining my days cause my groin is in pain and feels like it s on fire all day. Any ideas of disgnosis or thoughts will help? Thank you
