Can Tiny Red Spots On Belly Skin Be Due To Endometriosis?

Aloha, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 1996. I have recently had surgery again to be told that I have the most severe case they have ever seen. My question is that 3 years ago I started noticing tiny red spots on the surface of the skin on my belly , they have multiplied and are running down my thighs...could this be the endometriosis too?
