Can Tissue Expander Heal The Necrose At The Back Of Head After Hair Transplantation?

Dear Doctor , 3 months ago I transplanted my hair (FUT) but unfortunetaly necrose has happened at back of my head like 2 coins at back of my head ! I am just wonder how I can get over and solve it ??

is it good if I do tissue expander ???? please please help me with this .
