Can Tonsillectomy Cure Breathing Problem Due To Tonsils And Nasal Blockage?

hi,past 1 week i have been suffer from nasal blockage,i am using nosivion once i use that it is for rest of the 12 hrs as it mention on the bottle.but after 12 hrs it's the same nasal bloakage problem.i have tosnsils as well is this the reason i am not able to breath properly.my age is 28 .is this the reason ,can i go for tonsillectomy anbd what would be the overall fess for this,please advice me as it seems i am in serious problem..
