Can Tonsillitis Cause A Slight Drop In Oxygen Levels?

Hi I frequently hv tonsils almost 3 times a year. Last week saturday i felt tonsils nd slight fever. Took dolo. On sunday took 250 mg azithromycin nd dolo twice. On monday same dose. Fever was not there on sunday nd monday. On monday night i had vomiting 4 to 5 times. Only phelgm came out. On tuesday visited my GP hr gave 500 mg once q day nd metacin 3 times a day. From last 5 days fever has shown 98, 99 sometimes nd 100 only once. My GP checked oxygen level It came as 94 95 93 92 When i checked continuously for 10 mins It was 96 97 95 What to do 4 days of azithromycin is done No fever. Sometimes max 99 I wanted to know does tonsils drop oxygen level a bit
