Can Touching Public Surfaces And Then Inserting A Finger Into The Vagina Cause HIV Or Other STDs?

the other day i went to my office job, as i was touching door knobs, elevator buttons, etc i. the office i didnt wash my hands, i walked into the bathroom a few minutes later i was concerned i had a lost tampon so i stuck my finger all the way up my vagina to search.. would this be a concern to be infected with any std like hiv.
