Can Trapping Of Foreskin Be Symptom Of Paraphimosis?

Hello im not sure whats wrong with my bf, but the tip of his penis looks as if it is stuck and the foreskin does not pull back. He has a difficulty performing he seems to be in pain and go limb. Is it possible that he has Paraphimosis? Thank you
