Can Treated Herpes On Edge Of Mouth Spread By Kissing?

Hello there! I've had a small herpes on the edge of my mouth over the past few days. I've treated it with some cream, and since yesterday it doesn't hurt and it seems to be healing, or to have healed. But I can still see a little red spot right under that place, can I kiss my girlfriend without danger?
