Can Triamcinalon Be Used On A One-year Old For A

Can triamcinalon be used on a one-year old for a rash on her croch area. Rash does not appear to be a diaper rash but maybe a yeast rash or other skin irritation issue. Appears to itch and burn by reaction of the child. Has been going on for about two weeks and has not gotten better after using A+D along with Nystatin ointments at diaper changes.
