Can Ulcer Due To H Pylori Affect Menstrual Cycle?

can having an ulcer due to the h pyroli bacteria affect the mestrual cycel leading to a missed period

25yrs old.Height 5ft5''.Weight 55kgs.Had h pyroli in feb but it wasnt accompanied by an interuption of my cycle.Now av tested positive for h pyroli and neg for pregnancy.My last period began on 22nd April.Only sexual exposure was on 18th May.Advice please.Thanks.
