Can Ulcers Appear In Asymptomatic Condition?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with Heilobacter (did not spell it correctly) infection. And have been described antibiotics. Had a colonoscopy, it was identified through this. I do not suffer from indigestion. The only symptom I have is an ache in the sigmoid colon region of my stomach. Is it possible to be asymptomatic and still have Ulcers?
