Can Umbilical Hernia Surgery Cause Constant Headache?

I had umbilical hernia surgery right after I was born. When I was 16 years old I got a headache and it has never left. I am now 45. I have had a headache every day of my life since 16. Can this be related to that surgery? Just wondering, as I have tried everything and researched everything. Cannot find an answer to this problem.
