Can Uneven Breast Bone Be Corrected?

My daughter,agr 13, has always had a lop-sided breast bone. This is becoming more noticeable the older she gets. Her breast development seems to be affected...lop-sided too. Can this be corrected? Doctors in the past said she would outgrow it,but that does not seem to be the case. Thanks for your time.
