Can Use Of Meth For Long Time Cause Nausea And Fatigue?

I used to use meth for about fifteen years. I used to swallow it. I think it may have caused damage to my stomach. I sometimes get very nauseas and I feel weak after I drink coffee, not get enough sleep, eat something too greasy. what do you think is causing this?
