Can Use Of Stretch Bandage On The Hand Cause Blisters?

I had surgery on my finger to repair a tendon . The physio therapist is using a stretch bandage to reduce swelling called Koban . Ever since I have big water blisters on my hand which break open and leak clear liquid . When going to bed I have to wrap my hand in a towel for in the morning my bed would be soaked . Is this a latex allergy ?
