Can Using Canesten Thrush Cream Affect Intimacy And Conception During Ovulation?

Hi, I have pimples on my vagina and my pharmacist recommended me canesten thrush cream. I used this and it got better within 3,4 days and then I stopped the treatment. Now they are back again within days. They are not too many. So I have start canesten thrush cream again yesterday. I’m planning a baby so the intimacy was going on last week. Now my ovulation cycle starts today so I’m worried. Should I go for intercourse or I have to wait to heal these? What can I do? Thanks in advance
