Can Using Fucidin And Elecom Cream Help Cure Rashes Around Nose?

Hi! I have had a rash around my nose/nostrils for a few months now. I thought it was from the winter months but it is still lingering on. It looks terrible. It is red, dry, stings but is itchy and bumpy. It almost looks like chapped skin after having a runny nose. I have tried polysporin products and my doctor has prescribed Fucidin cream and then Elecom cream. None of them seems to be working. HELP!!!! I work in a profressional office and can't go to work with this around my nose. Its embarrassing and frustrating.

I do have psoriasis on my scalp and have for since i was 15. I am now 43 years old. I haven't changed any medication recently. I am on antidepressants, thyroid med, multi vitamin, vit D, B complex.... but have been for years now. I have acne and use differin cream when needed but my acne is not that bad at all and don't need to use anything that often.
