Can Using Septra And Doxycycline Be Safe For Epididimytis?

I'm 32 years old, and male. Recently I was treated for all the common STDs, and I am receiving treatment for Epididimytis. First I was on Doxycycline, was on Cypro and Septra, and now on just Septra for a possible Epididimytis bateria infection. I have been itchy all over. During this time I have been very stressed. Septra and Doxycycline causes sensitivity to the sun.
During this time of taking these drugs I have developed several brown spots, some in areas where there sun would not shine (such as my upper leg). I have developed what looks like aging spots and small circular brown spots. The are now on my arms, my face, and between my legs in my crotch area (1 spot), and one near my genitals. I am worried about these brown spots and why they have shown up.
