Can Using Topcort Ointment Be Safe For Dermatitis?

hi doctor its been a few days since i have been facing this problem ..i have developed a kinda white skin patch on my skin ...with inflammation on its sides .. n sumtimes itches ...i went 2 a doctor he says its dermatitis ...n has given me topcort ointment .. bt i dnt think so its is workin .. can u plez help me .. i am 22 yrz old female n i dnt have any past history of suc kinda disease ...
