Can Using Cellphone Cause Severe Pain In Wrist And Shoulder?

Hello Dr, I m having pain in my right hand wrist and shoulder .whenever I move my arm in backward position or rotate my arm , it seems that my bones are striking against each other , which is really painful. I don t use a computer infact I used my personal cell phone very often coz I m a busy mom and don t have time for all that.. I am also suffering from coccidynea from 11/2 year after I got epidural.i m really worried abt my health coz I m facing difficulty in handling my routine works .plz suggest me what should I do to bring my healthy life back again?
