Can Vaginal Wind Cause Problem In Getting Pregnant?

hi i have a big problem since i had my child which is 6 years ago i keep tray to get another one but i can't and since that time i have gas in my stoma k and in my womb. i can feel it . when i massage my womb, the gas came out but my doctor when i mansion the don t agree. additional i have bad constipation and i sefre badly do you think all this caned tinges cause of pregnant?
