Can Varicocele Cause Constant Dizziness?

I was recently diagnosed with varicosole. I have stopped working out to reduce the pain and it has helped. I tend to feel a faint dizziness ask the time. Not debilitating but enough to cause concern. I was wondering if varicosole can cause the constant dizziness feeling?
