Can Vertigo Or High Blood Pressure Cause Light Headedness And Dizziness?

Hi....I have been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness for several months which led to a fall in November 2014 in which I really hit my head hard on the edge of door (no concussion) Found out I had PVCs and high blood pressure. Taking a beta blocker now and those problems seem to be resolved. I had vertigo 3 years ago and this feels like it again. My blood tests showed perfect thyroid production but I have a good sized goiter in it. Can that cause the dizziness and lightheadedness ? or should I go to a ENT or a neurologist. Had an ultrasound on the goiter years ago and was wondering if I should get another to compare....thank you for your attention.
