Can Vertin 16 Cause Giddiness?

I am 66years old man, height of 160 cm weight 60 kg. I got head reeling at midnight when head position was changed, with severe sweating. It persisted for one or two minutes. As advised I started taking vertin 16 tab, thrice daily for twenty days. problem was over. But after seven days it started again. Using of vertin 16 ic causing gas problem and giddines. Kindly help with your advice. Thanks.
