Can Water Retention Cause Flabby And Soft Breast?

Hi,

I have extremely flabby and soft breasts.I was on neo mercazole medication for 2 years and now stopped as hyperthyrodism has improved.Right now taking calcium tablets.I want to know is my breasts soft and extremely flabby due to water retention?How can I know if it is water retention?If it is water retention problem how do I get rid of it?
