Can Wearing Tight Bra Cause Tiny, Purple Stretch Marks On Chest?

I Got Tiny Purple Stretchmarks On My Chest But I'm Not Fat Or Anything I'm Really Active I'm In Track . I'm just 13 ! But I think My Stretchmarks Are Because Of MY Bra tightness Because I Always Had To Pull It Down Or Fix It Because They Hurt In The Night ! I Always Sleep With A Bra ! But Is this True? Is It Because Of this I Need Help To remove them ! I Just Got Them HELP !
