Can Weather Be A Reason For Having A Problem In Period?

Hi doctor . For the past 3 months there is no proper blood flow during my periods but it comes on the correct date every month. I was born and brought up in India but now i got married 3 months back and now am in US. Whether this is b'cause of climate change or there is not enough blood in my body. Please give me the answer
