Can White Lumps On Penis Be Symptoms Of Fungal Infection?

My girl friend was having this unregularly lot of white stuff from the vagina whenever we had sex. she went for a medical checck up and was diagnosed with some fungal infection and given treatment. Recently i am having these whitish lamps on my penis under the foreskin and mostly at the base of the foreskin.When i retarct the foreskin and wrap my penis head in tissue paper for some time the growths clear leaving only faint reddish scratches.Could this be the same fungi manifesting in me now - we did some condomless sex a few times?
