Can Whooping Cough Be A Symptom Of Pneumonia?

Was treated for whooping cough over a month ago with no affect after the fourteen day treatment. Been to two hospitals any said possible pneumonia and other sinusitis. Took amoxocillin and penicillin with no affect. Been taking straight shots of 100% organic apple cider viniger using pure pressed olive oil. These two make big differences in breathing eating and pain but its only short temporary relief
