Can Withdrawal Of Cymbalta Cause Blood In Stool?

I have felt increasingly ill (nausea, headaches, light headedness, weakness, swelling, constant thirst) since discontinuing the drug Cymbalta, but today I got a new symptom of blood in my stool. I wasn t expecting that so it scared me a lot. I m wondering if this is an emergency. I m 38, female, 5 6 , overweight (220lb), mostly in good physical health. Suffer from major depressive disorder. My bloodwork before starting to taper off Cymbalta (4 weeks ago) was perfect. Liver, kidneys, cholesterol...everything was great. Still, the blood when I defecate now is alarming. Stool is also lighter in color than usual.
