Can Women In Late Twenties Develop Seborrheic Keratosis?

hi,
i recently saw my gp about a mole that looks like a melanoma but was told it was a seb keratosis and to not worry about it. my friends dad is also a doctor and said that i should get a second opinion as its unusual for a woman of my age (27) to develop seb k's. should i seek a second opinion or am i just being paranoid?
