Can Yeast Infection In Partner Cause Burning Testicles While Having Sex?

I have a new boyfriend and My boyfriend's balls have a burning sensation when we have sex . I had a really bad yeast infection which is being treated. During sex when I am in top And my "juices" come out and get on his balls it starts to burn for him. As soon as he washes the area it stops. Since I am recovering from a yeast infection could that cause the burning? I am taking diflucan and no creams as I am allergic to the creams.
