Can You Determine Ones T4 Level By Using The Tsh

Can you determine ones t4 level by using the tsh as the indicator. My current lab show my t3 at 106 and tsh at .188. I am requesting blood test to show t4/t3 and rt3 but doc states that my t4 is to high and is reducing it to 88 micro grams down from 175 micro gram, and I am feeling terrible. Any advice.
