Can You Dip Tobacco While On Birth Control/the Pill? I

Can you dip tobacco while on birth control/the pill? I know it says on the package that you can't smoke but I was wondering what is and exact nicotine equivalent/percentage of one dip compared to one cigarette. Ive been dipping for a few years now and I know that its a bad habit but I would really like a doctors advice because I have found nothing about "the pill and dipping smokeless tobacco uses" on google. Thanks.
