Can You Explain My Scan Results Showing A Slightly Bulky, Non-gravid Uterus With An Echogenic Density After An Abortion?

The scan test says The uterus is Non-Gravid ,anteverted, slightly bulky with non -uniform myometrial echo-pattern it measures about 52mm in Ap diameter and there is an irregular ill-defined,brightly echogenic density noted in the uterine cavity measuring about 18mm in thickness pls I run this test after having abortion can you put me through this scan results
