Can You Explain Pelvic Scan Report Showing A Normal Uterus, Free Adnexae, Clear Bladder, And Diagnosis Of Acyesis?

Good Morning. Below is the result of the scan taken by my wife. Please, i need full explanation of the result and possible treatment if need be. Azeez Tajudeen B. UTERUS- Non gravid and non bulky uterus in an anterverted position. Normal in shape and returns a uniform myometrial echo pattern. No sonographic evidence of extra and intra uterine gestation noted. There is no fluid accumulation noted in the pouch of Douglas. ADNEXAE- Both Adnexae are free URINARY BLADDER- The urinary bladder shows good dimension with clear urine. There is no urinary calculus seen and the wall of the bladder is of normal thickness. IMPRESSION -Acyesis -Normal pelvic scan.
