Can You Explain This Ultrasound Report Showing Polycystic Ovaries, Normal Uterus And Cervix?

Paki explain Po . The cervix is long and closed with homogeneous stroma and distinct endocervical canal. The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogeneous echopattern. There are no myometrial masses seen. The endometrium is hyperechoic with intact subendometrial halo. Both ovaries have more than 25 follicles each. Each follicle measures less than 1.0 cm in diameter with a dense central stroma . Findings are suggestive of polycystic ovaries. There are no adnexal masses seen. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac .
