Can You Have IBS When You Have Been Diagnosed With

Can you have IBS when you have been diagnosed with celiacs and if yes how can you differentiate between the two. I also hurt my back 3wks ago just bending over to hand vac mess on floor stabbing pain on left side of my back which wraps around to groin. Today for first time I thought it was going but I also woke constipated and bloated to the point I looked pregnant but once constipation was relieved pain came back to the sharp pain in lower left side of my back. Dr told me to ice and take ibuprofen for three days, do you think that this may be to do with digestive problems I have thanks Robyn
