Can You Have A Vascular Painful Sole Of The Foot

Can you have a vascular painful sole of the foot that has extended from varicose veins in your legs? I have many varicose veins, small and large. Some look like they extend to the soles of my feet. Both feet are warm and the soles are a bright red and extremely painful to walk on. any diagnosis or treatment?
