Can you help me,or tell me who to contact concerning being billed for $15 for last 2 months, after asking a medical question ! Doc Alan (cannot recall his name, as I have cancelled SKYPE ! He DID call me, but as I am deaf, I could not catch what he was saying ! I didn't get concerned about losing the $15, but now have found I am charged again !! I do NOT wish to stay in contact.
