Can You Please Explain This For Me... L4-5 Disc Level:

Can you please explain this for me...

L4-5 disc level: Broad-based disc bulge with small left paracentral disc protrusion causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. The left paracentral disc protrusion causes displacement of the descending left L5 nerve root. The nerve root otherwise demonstrates normal signal characteristics. Posterior annular tear. No spinal canal stenosis.

L5-S1 disc level: Broad-based disc bulge that extends into the lateral recesses causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. No spinal canal stenosis.
