Can You Please Tell Me What Myometrial Echo Texture Is

Can you please tell me what myometrial echo texture is heterogenous mean. I had a transvaginal ultrasound done. Also a 9x9x8 sized fibroid was seen in posterior body region. Please tell me if I need to be concerned, as I get right lower pain.
