Can You Recommend A Substitute For RICHFOL-DHA And Doxinate OD At 7 Weeks Pregnancy While Having Vomiting?

Hello, My wife is pregnant since 7 week and in the first visit doctor have prescribed RICHFOL- DHA, Doxinate OD. She has taken those medicines in last 10 days and today I found that RICHFOL- DHA tablet is available in my region. Today she have vomited 2 times. Could you please suggests any substitution of the above medicine?
