Can You Recommend Any Supplement That Has Been Found To

Can you recommend any supplement that has been found to be helpful in treating neuropathy. My problem is in my feet and lower legs. I do take R-Lipoic Acid about 600mg aday, There is no explanation for my condition- not diabetic. Have had any and all neurologic tests. Thank you
