Can You Run A Temperature Of 100 With Food Poisoning

Can you run a temperature of 100 with food poisoning or acute gastric problem? Last night I suffered diarrea and vomiting, severe dizzines and almost fell from 2 am to about 4:30 am. The vomit and diarrea were almost clear when it stopped I am still achy and have just taken my temperature and it is 100. I plan to see my doctor tomorrow if he can give an appointment. I have not eaten today except for a small amount of apple sauce and some 1/3 oatmeal made with water which I was unable to finish. I am not able to pay!
