Can You Skip A Day Without Meteprolo. I Still Take

Can you skip a day without meteprolo. I still take amlodopin which has worked fine keeping my pressure between 106-120/. Low end 65 to 80. Was in rehab and 2 days top pressure was 149. Thus getting addl meteprolo 1/2 tablet twice daily in addition to amlodopin. This seem to make me tired. Have cold. For that I use spiriva, symbicort and ambuterol.
