Can You Tell Me What This Means, I Had A

Can you tell me what this means, I had a schwamnnoma removed in 2012 and this is what my mri statement said
There is a 7 mm nodule of enhancement along the inferior right tentorium, just above the right internal auditory canal in an area that was involved by the neoplasm on the preoperative study from 9/24/2012, increased from 5 mm on the prior study and not
present on the 10/18/2012 comparison. This is nonspecific and could represent a small amount of residual/recurrent schwannoma There are foci of increased T2/FLAIR signal in the white matter which are nonspecific but likely sequelae of chronic ischemia, mild in extent and stable.
