Cant Poop Again. Went To The Hospital 2 Days Because

Cant poop again. Went to the hospital 2 days because of severe constipation and then they give me fleet enema then i poop twice and farted a lot. My poop is color yellow and it was a pebble like then a lot of water comes out and after that i was relieved. But now i cant poop again even though i already dring fibrosine as suggested by the doctor. She said drink fibrosine every 12 hrs as needed for constipation but until now i cant poop
